Return/Refund Policy
Thank you so much for supporting my work! Because all items are handmade or printed in small batches, I want to be clear and transparent about how refunds and returns are handled.
All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of original artwork, prints, and limited-edition items, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at darianagrebelna.shop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
I’ll be happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). I cannot issue refunds for lost packages, but I’ll do my best to help you locate your shipment or file a claim.
To reduce the risk of loss:
- Always double-check your shipping address at checkout
- Choose tracked shipping if available
Pre-Orders Pre-orders are also final sale, but if your order is significantly delayed or there is a production issue, I will notify you by email and offer a solution.
